I fell in love with the arts when I saw my first musical at 7 years old. I knew immediately that I wanted to be up there performing too! I was a part of Children’s theatre in San Diego from the time I was eight years old until eighteen. I went on to study theater and education as well as telecommunications in college. I worked in radio in San Diego as a D.J. and voice over artist as well as a teacher in early childhood education. I have loved sharing my passion for the performing arts with students by directing musicals and show choirs, and teaching drama, musical theatre, commercial voice over classes, and vocal lessons through churches, and both public and private schools with students of all ages . I also worked as an area coordinator, teacher, show choir director and musical director for Christian Youth Theatre for six years, was the music teacher and musical director for Mira Mesa Christian school for five years and the Performing Arts director for grades Kindergarten thru 12th grade at the Rock Academy for the past eight years. I have recently stepped down from full time teaching and directing but still want to be involved in my passion for the arts and working with students who have that same passion!
