Upon completion of this course, students will have experience in the following areas:
  • The basic tenets of Improv.
  • Thinking creatively and quickly as a team
  • Effectively initiating and navigating the necessary steps involved in creating an Improv. scene

Teacher:

Landen Baldwin

Landen is an actor, improviser, writer, and improv teacher. He recently returned to San Diego, and CYT, after getting his bachelors in Linguistics and Theatre at UCLA. He now performs and teaches with LEGOLAND California and Old Town Improv Company through the Encinitas School District, in addition to teaching and directing with CYT. He has a lot of real good thoughts about art and life, and he hopes to one day end this bio with them.
