Description

This is the class that combines the three elements of musical theatre: voice, dance and acting. Be a part of the wonderful world of musical theatre by exploring storytelling choreography, vocal interpretations and how to create a character. This class will include warm-ups, group activities, dance routines, theatre games and performance. The fun, energetic contemporary style of dance will focus on Hip Hop and funky modern choreography techniques.

*Class runs for 8 consecutive weeks and students will perform a Showcase for Family & Friends on the last day of class: March 14th at 6:00pm

Hi I’m Olivia (Via)! I grew up in the theater and competition dance world! I’ve been in over 30 shows and gone to dozens of dance competitions!! This is my first time teaching for CYT and I’m so excited to teach such a fun class!
