CHRISTIAN YOUTH THEATER

Musical theater is powerful and it unites the universal language of music, dance, and storytelling that transcends generations, cultures, and boundaries. As a non-profit 501c3, non-religious organization, CYT exists to provide a vibrant, imaginative, inclusive, and uplifting place for ALL peoples.

MEET THE BOARD

We seek to have a healthy functioning Board of Directors who are equipped to lead our organization, are self-aware, function in constructive partnership with executive staff, and are committed to continually improving effectiveness by the intentional adoption of good governance practices.

James Wigdahl | Member

James got involved with CYT as a student in 1982, appearing in many great character roles like Charlie Brown and Captain Hook. He began running sound for CCT productions in 1990, and teaching tech classes while showing kids how to run sound for CYT shows. James now lives in North County with his wife Jessica, where their two kids are students at CYT, where James helps with tech for their shows. While serving on CYT's board of directors, James maintains a day job as an accomplished technologist and real estate investor.
