Take Your Talent To The Next Level!
Ready to level up your acting skills? Acting Up! is the perfect next step for young performers. In this high-energy, confidence-building course, students will dive deeper into the world of theater through improvisation, character exploration, and dynamic scene work.

Actors will learn how to bring their characters to life with emotion, voice, and movement through their audition songs. Along the way, they'll build strong theater habits, expand their understanding of key terms, and grow in stage presence and creativity.

This is a FREE event for Family & Friends to come watch the students showcase a brief sample of what they learned this session. Doors will open at 6:30.

Kara Lee

Kara Lee is a wife, mama, creative, and connector. She graduated with a degree in vocal music from Baylor University and has worked in production most of her life. She is a writer, producer, singer, director, actress, worship leader, founder of The Well Community for Women and owner of Next Door Photos. Kara loves performing as often as she can, but loves directing just as much!

Location Notes:

Classes are located throughout the building in partnership with The Rock Academy. Families will check in at the Lobby and students will be escorted by Teaching Artists and Staff to their classroom(s).
