CYT San Diego's home office is on Pioneer Way in El Cajon and has facilitated the daily operations of the company for over 25 years. This building has been turned into an open and creative working environment to house CYT San Diego and operational staff. Additionally, the rentals staff manages the 2 neighboring warehouses which holds one of the largest set, prop, and costume collections in San Diego.

CYT San Diego proudly produces fully-staged musicals each year, with outstanding lighting, sound, sets, and costumes. Cast sizes generally range from 40-80 kids, all between the ages of 8 and 17.  CYT shows are a unique opportunity to work with up-and-coming talent in a fun and relaxed setting, while teaching them the importance of having a professional work ethic. These shows become magic with the help of directors, musical directors, and choreographers who are creative and can communicate that creativity in a productive and positive way.
