Scenic Rentals are by appointment only.
There are four basic steps to set up your Scenic Rental:
1. Find what you want in our Inventory
2. Schedule your
Pick-up Appointment*
3. Schedule your
Drop-off Appointment*
4. Complete our
Rental Request Form with a list of items you want to rent
Our set, drop, and prop rental inventory can be found at the bottom of the page (Please note that inventory information is subject to change) If you find items that will work for your production, you'll follow up by scheduling your pickup and dropoff appointments and fill out our
Rental Request Form. As you make your list, please make sure set items are listed by their number and description from in our inventory.
Your Pick-up and Drop off dates are important to confirm the availability of your request. Our rental staff will check for conflicts with other clients' requests, and get back to you with any potential replacement items should a conflict arise. You will be able to change your appointment times through the Calendly appointment system if necessary. Major changes to your calendar dates may cause conflicts in the availability of your items.
*Only after BOTH appointments are scheduled, and any rental conflicts are resolved, will your request be formally reserved.
If you don't know what items you'd like to borrow or would like to see our warehouse stock, you can also begin by scheduling a
Walkthrough Appointment. This appointment is for coming into our warehouse space and picking out items that will work for your performance. (Walkthrough appointments starting Summer 2026 will soon be charged a fee depending on how much time you need. Further information to come.)
