. Our set, drop, and prop rental inventory inventory can be found at the bottom of the page, but please note that this is not a comprehensive list.
- If you don't know what items you'd like to borrow, begin by scheduling a walkthrough appointment. This appointment is for coming into our warehouse space and picking out items that will work for your performance. Then, after relaying your requested items to our set coordinator, you'll follow up by scheduling your pickup and dropoff appointments. Our set coordinator will then check for rental conflicts with other clients' requests, and get back to you with any potential replacement items should a conflict arise. Please take note of our reservation policy below.
Reservation Policy Note:
- If you know which items you'd like to borrow, begin by notifying our set coordinator of the items you'd like to borrow. Then, head to the link below to schedule both your pickup and dropoff appointments, noting our reservation policy stated below. Our set coordinator will then check for rental conflicts with other clients' requests, and get back to you with any potential replacement items should a conflict arise.
In order to have your rental request reserved for your show/event dates, we require both
your pickup and dropoff appointments to be scheduled. Only after both appointments are scheduled, and any rental conflicts are resolved, will your request be formally reserved.
